Riam Recruiting is pleased to partner with a beautiful nonprofit regional hospital in Cloquet, Minnesota. They are seeking Radiology Technologists to join their team.
The Radiology Technologist works directly under the Radiologist and the Director of Imaging Services, providing diagnostic and mammography services. You interact with a diverse range of patients. You explain the imaging procedures and assist and position patients and the equipment correctly to obtain quality images. You ensure patient comfort and safety while conducting exams and work closely with the healthcare team to assist in diagnosis and/or treatment. Radiology Technologists also perform cardiology exams such as EKGs, Holter/Event monitors, and cardiac stress tests.
Qualifications:
A Graduate of an approved course in Radiologic Technology •Certified and Registered from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) •Certified in Mammography with documented training in Digital Mammography •In-depth knowledge of radiology protocols and imaging equipment •Ability to work independently and in a team environment •Excellent communication, interpersonal and patient service skills.
Pay Range:
$24.80-$35.98 (but are currently in negotiations with the Union for wage increases; which will be retroactive to date of hire for this position)
$3000 sign-on bonus is also available.
