Description

The PX is responsible for:

• Heading up/in charge of opening the Providence office
• K-12 school projects in Rhode Island
• Projects average around $50M
• Overseeing all RI operations and will report directly to the VP and President
• In Providence office daily, occasionally on site

Profile

The right PX has the following qualifications:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience with an established GC
• PX background or a Business Development background
• Needs to have worked on K-12 schools in Rhode Island (non-negotiable)
• Construction-related degree (highly preferred)
• Computer skill & proficiency with construction softwares
