Direct Support Professional (DSP) – Residential Group Home (Part-time and Full-time)

Location: Marietta, GA

Shifts Available: Days, Afternoons, and Nights, also weekends only (40 or 32 hours)

Salary: $16/hour (weekdays), $17/hour (weekends)

Job Description:

• Provide direct care and support to individuals with cerebral palsy in a residential group home setting

• Implement individual support plans and behavior plans to promote independence, safety, and personal growth for clients

• Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, and toileting

• Administer medications and document appropriately

• Ensure a safe and clean living environment for clients

• Assist with meal preparation and housekeeping duties

• Provide transportation to appointments and community outings

• Document client progress and behavior in accordance with policies and procedures

• Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards clients, families, and co-workers

Job Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED

• Experience working with individuals with cerebral palsy preferred

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs

• Must be able to pass a drug screen and criminal background check

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
