Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Scan and verify high volume of orders.
- Verifying correct coding/eligibility for patient charts.
- Knowledgeable of Medical Terminology, and CPT codes
- Ability to work in a high-volume call center environment.
- Ability to learn new concepts and information effectively.
Qualifications:
- High school Diploma or higher
- Aptitude for quickly learning and navigating new technology systems and applications.
- Customer service experience
- Spanish speaking is a plus.***
- Familiar with insurance verification; including HMO/PPO plans, CPT codes, and ICD 10 (preferred).
- Willingness to learn and understanding clinical information obtained and can explain clinical information to both patient and/or provider
- Communicate and collaborate with team-members and providers to resolve issues, using clear, simple language to ensure understanding
- Effective oral and written communication skills.
- Action-oriented - Takes on new opportunities and tough challenges with a sense of urgency, high energy, and enthusiasm.
- Able to work, communicate and collaborate with others effectively and efficiently.
- Demonstrates self-awareness - Uses a combination of feedback and reflection to gain productive insight into personal strengths and opportunities for growth and development.

Job Type: Full-time 8am - 5pm Mon - Fri
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
Entry level with no experience starts at $16/hr
