• Completing all plumbing in-home service calls.
• Establishing rapport with customers and recommending the right products and services.
• Troubleshooting plumbing system malfunctions with precision.
• Educating customers on finance options and membership plans.
• Exceeding revenue goals and winning new referrals.
• Maintaining a clean, organized job site and well-inventoried truck.
• Participating actively in training exercises and weekly meetings.
• Ensuring accuracy and timeliness with invoices, timecards, and reviews.

• A valid driver's license and clean driving record
• An Oregon Journeyman Plumber's license
• Knowledge of local plumbing codes
• Residential service or installation experience (preferred)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Technology literacy, including basic knowledge of operating cell phones and tablets
