Responsibilities

• Overseeing 2nd shift mechanics
• Manages uptime and production
• Pushing continuous improvement activities

Requirements

• 6 years of experience working in maintenance within a manufacturing environment
• Experience working in: food, packaging, pharma, CPG or beverages
• 2 years of experience in a leadership role
• Comfortable working in a union environment (this role is NOT union)
