WHO WE NEED: We are currently looking to add to our team of highly trained medical professionals, seeking excellent aesthetic Physician Assistants (PA-C), Nurse Practitioners (NP) or Registered Nurses (RN). Experience of at least 1-2 years is preferred. WHO YOU ARE: A passionate, dedicated, and skillful Registered Nurse/Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant who has an eye for aesthetics! You thrive working in a fast-paced environment and are always willing to learn more and strengthen your skills to deliver the best service and results. WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Deliver best in class cosmetic injectable treatments, laser treatments, PRF/ microneedling, Morpheus8, EvolveX and other non-invasive treatments following the guidelines and under the supervision of the Medical Director
Review and sign client intake forms, consent forms, and documentation
Conduct good faith examinations (PA/NP), client consultations and provide treatment plans
Perform before and after photography
Educate clients on all treatments and product offerings
Actively promote the medspa, treatments, retail, and available promotions
Educate regarding procedures and products that complement the treatment and enhance the result
Comply with required protocols, requests and compliance policies
Perform prep work, properly clean and restock room as required
Maintain a positive attitude and contribute toward a quality work environment
Assist in all areas of medspa operation as requested by management
Minimum 1-2 years of aesthetics experience. We will provide hands-on training for the right candidate
Proficiency with patient EMR, charting, Word, Excel and other software skills
Hold a high level of professionalism when interacting with clients, patients and staff members
Work a flexible schedule as we are open evenings and weekends
Willingness to learn new techniques and procedures
Cheerful upbeat demeanor and can-do attitude
Meticulous attention to detail
Excellent customer service and consultative skills
