Quality Engineer Details:

• Responsible for implementation of the Manufacturing Quality Systems for the prototype, pre-production, and production builds as defined in Quality System and/or specified in the Product Control Plan.
• Execute the elements of Supplier Advanced Quality Planning including the following elements: SAQP kick-off meeting, Supplier Process Sign-Off, review and approval of Supplier PPAP.
• Ensure that appropriate statistical methods are utilized throughout the Product and Process Development process and deployed into the Control Plan.
• Develop appropriate inspection plans and containment plans.
• Responsible for conducting capability studies, and ensure that they are properly performed and documented for product changes affecting special characteristics, and that Customer and internal requirements are met (or a written Customer deviation is obtained)
