As part of our team, you would be a key component of our fulfillment team in processing and assisting with order fulfillment. With this position, we are seeking those who are self-motivated with great attention to detail.

Position Title:

General Warehouse Worker

The General Warehouse Worker provides a range of support for our warehouse fulfillment center. They pick, pack, and ship thousands of orders and move merchandise to designated locations in a safe manner through the use of various equipment, including forklifts. Additionally, they process appropriate paperwork and maintain a clean and safe working environment. This role is also responsible for unloading/processing the receipt of merchandise from inbound trucks and stocks merchandise into designated locations.

Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years or older
• High school graduate or equivalent
• Previous experience with order fulfillment is preferred but not required.
• Forklift certification is preferred but not required.
• Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required.
• Reliable transportation
• High level of professionalism and attention to detail
• Must maintain a clean and organized work area
• A positive attitude with excellent communication skills
• Proactive, reliable, and trustworthy

Key Responsibilities:

The following duties are typical of those performed by employees in this job title; however, employees may perform other related duties, and not all duties listed are necessarily performed by each employee in the job title:

• Pick and pack orders
• Move and pick up boxes up to 100 lbs
• Sort and place items on racks, shelves, or bins according to SKUs.
• Restock items in assigned location
• Assemble items and boxes
• Break down, cut, and dispose of boxes and trash
• Complete required paperwork
• Examine items for defects
• Assist in inventory counts
• Place labels on packages
• Stay organized and pay attention to details
• Ability to deal effectively with a wide range of personalities
• Operate pallet jack

Physical Requirements:

This is primarily an active position, involving long periods of standing and lifting items weighing up to 100 lbs and may be required to lift up to 325lbs with assistance. The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.

Shifts:

The General Warehouse Worker position has shifts available 24/7. Our normal business hours are Monday to Friday from 7:30 am to 4:30 pm.
