Your Role as a Residential Concierge:

• First Point of Contact : Be the face of Reside Living, greeting and assisting residents and guests with a warm, professional demeanor.
• Community Engagement : Plan and coordinate resident events, enhancing the sense of community and luxury living.
• Administrative Excellence : Handle light leasing duties, manage community information, and contribute to property management through organization and attention to detail.

What You Bring:

• Education : High School diploma or GED.
• Experience : At least one year in a customer-facing role within the hospitality, luxury retail sales, or upscale food service sectors.
• Communication Skills : Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
• Technological Proficiency : Comfortable with Microsoft Office Suite and capable of learning property management software.

Physical Requirements

• Stand and walk, with little to no sitting, depending on specific needs of the day. Estimate 90% or more of time is spent on feet.

• Inspect property, store/retrieve supplies
