JOB DETAILS

Title: Entry Level Billing Specialist 

Location: Onsite in Longmont, CO 80501

Schedule: 8:00 am-4:30 pm, Monday through Friday

*Remote/hybrid work a possibility. Shift may adjust at the end of the month to accommodate billing deadlines.

Pay Rate: $19.00/hour ($40K a year)

Brief List of Job Responsibilities:

• Interpret contract documents to ensure compliant billing.

• Process changes in information systems to support efficient billing.

• Complete interim statement review to ensure accurate charges.

• Participate in month-end closing and audits as necessary.

• Provide customer support over the phone or through email.

Not Required but Desired:

• 3rd party billing or collections/billing experience in the healthcare industry.
• Prior medical insurance knowledge.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED

• Previous experience in customer service, financial service, or accounting.

• Effective communication, attention to detail, and multitasking skills.
