The Distribution Supervisor works directly with the customer pertaining to seed shipments. They have responsibilities for maintaining inventories on bagged product in the warehouse(s). They focus on preparing customer Pick Lists, Bills of Ladings and ensuring customer satisfaction during seed distribution processes. Other responsibilities may include but not limited to:

· Ensure that all paperwork for Customer shipments are prepared and relayed to the Warehouse Manager.

· Maintains customers bagged inventory in all inventory systems

· Communicates with customers (as requested) regarding shipment departure from location

· Posting of all Bills of Ladings

· Supply inventory reports to the customer as requested

· Receives into inventory systems all incoming bagged shipments

· Works with Customers on year end reconciliation on bagged inventories

· Assist with implementing and maintaining the Quality Management System

· Maintaining a neat, clean, and organized work area
