Parkview Health is Hiring an Occupational Therapist - Outpatient Near Huntington, IN
This position is 60% pediatrics, 40% acute care and is eligible for a sign on bonus.
The role can be filled as a 40 hour or 32 hour per week based on candidate preference.
Education
Must be a graduate of a school of Occupational Therapy holding a BS, MS, or DOT (Doctorate).
Licensure/Certification
Must be licensed or eligible for licensure in the state of Indiana as an occupational therapist. If eligible for licensure, must obtain license within 3 months of employment. Must be certified in CPR with American Heart Association; and maintains certificate, according to expiration date. This can be accomplished after employment. If assigned to drive company vehicle, a valid driver’s license is required. If assigned to drive personal vehicle, proof of insurance is required in addition to a valid driver’s license.
Experience
Work experience preferred, but not required, other than clinical experience within educational training program.
Other Qualifications
Must be able to lift 50 pounds; 100 pounds shared lifting. Must have good verbal and written communication skills.
