Education/Experience:

• A graduate of an accredited school of physical, occupational or speech therapy program

Computer Skills:

• Computer literate and proficient in clinical documentation
• Basic Internet navigation skills

Certificates and Licenses:

• Valid physical, occupational or speech therapy therapist state license
