*Cases we have available:*
· 9 y/o GB/Trach (no vent) patient available Thurs/Fri & e/o Sat 7a-7p & Sat 7p-11a & Sun 7p-7a (77493)
· 5 y/o GB/Trach patient available every other Sat/Sun 7a-7p (77429)
· 4 y/o GB & T/V patient available Mon-Wed 7a-7p (goes to school) (77449)
· 11 m/o GJ & T/V patient available Fri-Sun 7a-7p & Tue-Thur & Sat 7p-7a (77449)
*Responsibilities:*
· Provide 1-1 nursing care for pediatric population 0-20.
· Monitor vital signs and providing safe and competent care.
· Ensure that plan of care is reviewed and followed for appropriate care.
· Ability to update office regarding clarification of medications, changes of condition, & medical appointments.
· Educate the family on medical care and training.
*Qualifications:*
· Active LVN/LPN/RN license in the state of Texas.
· American Red Cross CPR certification required.
· Excellent interpersonal communication skills
· Ability to train or enhance skills (enteral feedings, trach, ventilator etc.).
· Physical ability to lift a minimum of 80-90 pounds
· The ability to work in a home environment.
· EMR charting (no paper notes)
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, PRN
Pay: $24.00 - $37.00 per hour
Expected hours: 36 – 48 per week
