Job Responsibilities

• Lead safety and environmental audits, ergonomic assessments, and industrial hygiene monitoring
• Submit actionable recommendations to address deficiencies, mitigate hazards, and enhance programs and processes
• Design, oversee, and guide employees through safety and environmental training initiatives
• Implement and track EHS metrics; analyze data to identify, mitigate, and reduce risk through onsite evaluations
• Maintain and drive compliance for all federal, state, and local EHS permits

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety, Industrial Safety, Industrial Hygiene or related field
• 3-7 years of hands-on experience in EHS roles with a focus on safety
• Prior experience working in a manufacturing environment
• Comprehensive knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and federal/state regulatory compliance
• Demonstrated ability to educate, influence, and align employees with corporate objectives
