Summary: The driver helper will assist in making deliveries and provide exceptional customer service to our customers and sales teams.Driver helpers will learn the duties and responsibilities of the driver position and will assist other departments within Operations when needed.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Other duties may be assigned).

• Able to become well versed in all products that Reico has to offer
• Assist drivers with making timely and accurate delivers.
• Report to work on time with the required attire such as work boots, gloves, hard hats, and long pants.
• Assist drivers in completing their assigned route while maintaining a positive attitude and professional appearance.
• Assist drivers with delivering all materials to locations indicated on the invoice.
• Ensure all cabinets are separated and stacked neatly with labels facing out.
• Inspect and sign off on marble tops to insure product is delivered in good condition.
• Use company check off and double check procedures to ensure accurate deliver of all materials.
• Assist drivers at jobsites with backing by getting out of vehicle and guiding driver.
• Report to driver check-in after completing route for the day.
• Assist with the unloading of extra and returned material while at driver check-in.
• Learn driver duties to include pre-trip and post-trip inspections, map reading skills, routing, and using the AS400 system.
• Assist warehouse when needed and deliver special runs when returning from route.
• Attend and participate in all required meetings and training classes.
