Responsibilities:As a Licensed Representative, you’ll play a pivotal role in our organization. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Needs Analysis and Client Education:
- Conduct detailed insurance sales needs analysis via phone or Zoom with clients
- Educate clients about the differences between term and whole life insurance
- Identify matching insurance plans and services that align with clients’ unique situations
- Assist clients through the application process
- Sales and Application Completion:
- Close sales by accurately completing applications
- Utilize your sales skills to connect with clients and address their insurance needs
- Collaboration and Support:
- Work closely with internal support teams, trainers, and customer service representatives
- Foster a collaborative environment to ensure seamless client experiences
- Other Duties:
- Perform any related duties as needed to contribute to the team’s success
