*Job Responsibilities:*As an Occupational Therapist:
* Assess and treat patients with expertise.
* Document thoroughly for top-tier patient care.
* Develop and market programs for service enhancement.
* Communicate openly with patients, families, physicians, and staff.
* Educate fellow therapists through in-service presentations.
* Contribute to departmental efficiency.
* Supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTA) per state regulations.
*Job Requirements:*
* Bachelor's (B.A., B.S.), Master's (M.A., M.S.), or Doctorate (OTD) in Occupational Therapy.
* Graduation from a certified occupational therapy program.
* Eligibility for state licensure, if not already licensed.
