Registered Nurse (RN) - East Orange, NJ ($45.00 - $67.50 per hour)

Regional Care Network is currently seeking a Registered Nurse to join a healthcare facility in East Orange, NJ.

Job Types : Full-time, Part-time, Per diem

Responsibilities of the Registered Nurse (RN):

- Assist in assessment and care planning for residents.

- Complete assessment for all residents quarterly and PRN, including pain assessment, fall assessment, and skin assessment.

- Administer treatments, dispense medications, and perform other nursing functions as needed on a regular basis.

- Ensure timely transcribing and execution of physician orders, along with other RN duties within the Scope of RN responsibility.

Requirements:

- Graduate of an accredited school

- Current NJ State RN License

- BLS Certification

- 1 year of LTC Experience, SNF experience strongly preferred.

Pay and Compensation:

Youll earn a base hourly rate plus periodic bonuses based on facility demand. Additional compensation includes:

- 1.5X Holiday Pay

- 1.5X Overtime Pay for every hour worked over 40 hours per week
