Excellent opportunity to join a busy allergy, asthma and immunology practice with three offices located in Riverdale, Paramus, and Morristown, New Jersey. Availability to work in all locations is preferred.

We are seeking an individual with the following qualifications:

• Willingness and motivation to learn the multiple aspects of a medical office.
• Detail oriented.
• Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
• Available to work some evenings and weekends
• Available to work in both locations (Paramus and Riverdale)

Responsibilities will primarily include:

• Answer phones.
• Schedule patient appointments.
• Prepare and bring patients into the exam rooms.
• Helping to keep the office tidy.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Evening shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
