E H Counseling LLC is a growing mental health practice that is currently seeking licensed clinicians to provide therapeutic services to youth ages 3-21 years of age in the comfort of their homes.

We keep you no more than 10 milies from your home address and you decide what counties you would like to service. We work with the following counties:

• Bergen
• Passaic
• Morris
• Sussex
• Ocean
• Middlesex
• Monmouth
• Union
• Warren
• Burlington

*The clinician must have the following licensures LSW, LAC, LCSW, MFT, LMFT, or LPC in the state of NJ

Responsibilities for In-Community Providers:

​

• Hold a minimum caseload of 5 youth and meet with them weekly in their home (about 10-12 clinical hours per week) (* we do have options for more youth and more hours if desired)
• Provide short term counseling to youth ages 3-21 and their families in their home
• Since this position is working with children, clinicians must have availability late afternoon, evenings, and or weekends.
• Monitor case progress towards goal achievement.
• Collaborate with care managers weekly
• Practice sound clinical judgement.
• Complete required paperwork in a timely manner.
• Attend weekly clinical supervision if provisionally licensed and monthly or weekly supervision if independently licensed

Position Requirements:

​

• Must be willing to go into the home or into the community to provide services
• At least 1 year of experience working with youth and families
• Must hold a valid/current practicing clinical license in NJ
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Computer literate
• Bilingual in high demand but not required!* (Spanish and other languages a plus)
• Experience working with DD population a plus
• Experience working with substance abuse a plus
• Must be able to work independently in a multi-cultural environment and promote cultural sensitivity and strong leadership skills

*Full-time with benefits available as well as part-time 12, 15, or 24 hrs available including PTO and paid holidays
