Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Sales Professional to join our team. As a Sales Professional, you will be responsible for meeting with and selling potential remodel projects to clients. This position requires excellent sales and communication skills, as well as the ability to provide exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

- Meet with potential clients to understand their remodeling needs and provide recommendations

- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction

- Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and team members throughout the project lifecycle

- Schedule estimates and site visits with clients and the construction team

Experience:

- Proven experience in sales, business development, or outside sales in the remodeling industry

- Strong market knowledge and ability to identify new business opportunities

- Excellent account management skills with a focus on building long-term relationships

- Proficiency in technology sales tools such as Salesforce or similar CRM software

- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide tailored solutions

Pay: $60,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
