At Redmond Eye Clinic, we believe in providing a top quality patient care experience. We are a small, family-owned optometry clinic searching for a highly motivated Office Manager to help the owning doctors enact their vision of exceptionalism. Our long-term manager is moving out of the area and so we are excited to bring on someone to move our highly successful practice forward!

The key responsibilities of our office manager include the following:

• Enacting the owners’ vision for the practice:

  • Patient care vision - patients are made to feel heard and provided with an excellent and well-controlled experience. We take a lot of examples from the Disney principles of service and excellence.

  • Staff/Culture vision - Upholding a work family atmosphere but with a high drive for excellence.

  • Includes knowing all staff processes to the point of being able to fill into day to day patient care if ever needed including Reception, Technician, Optician, and Billing processes

  • Understands the needs of the doctors from a medical/patient care standpoint

  • Understands the business and financial needs of an optometry clinic

  • Adaptable to our current systems and processes that are working but also able to propose ideas for improvements

This position is for someone looking for a full time, long term career. We offer a highly competitive annual salary with bonus opportunities. We are also fortunate to have our current manager on board with us for the next few months for training and a smooth transition. Experience in management is required. Experience in optometry is valuable but not required. We offer a competitive base salary and a bonus structure as well as the opportunity to work with our amazing doctors!
