Job Description:
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
- The right person will be highly technical, analytical, and have experience managing technical teams composed of technical leads and developers.
- In addition, this person will have a record of driving project teams to launch new initiatives, small to medium sized projects or enhancements across Fixed Income, Equities and Derivative asset classes.
- Liaise closely with all Front & Back Office operations and technology application teams to manage business and Eagle application functional requirement documents and design specifications for both BAU, small and medium enterprise level projects.
- Ownership of applications controls.
- Escalate within the SLA window.
- Improve efficiency by reviewing patterns and identify opportunities for automation.
- Standardization of tools, processes, reporting across support to drive transparency, efficiency and agility.
- Collaborate to manage tech debt and security vulnerabilities including patching.
- Collaborate on application End-of-Life retirement.
