ROGERCO, Inc. (roger) is looking for a skilled Social Media Specialist to join our team supporting the Army Futures Command (AFC). This role will oversee the creation and implementation of creative digital media strategies focusing on brand visibility, engaging target audiences, and driving measurable outcomes.
Requirements

Build and implement digital media strategies with measurable goals that can accurately share AFC values and messaging
Oversee creation of engaging and informative content for a range of platforms, such as social media, blogs, and websites
Track performance of social media initiatives using analytics tools to assess performance of communications strategies
Utilize analytics tools to track and measure the effectiveness of digital media campaigns
Prepare regular reports and insights, providing recommendations for improvements and optimizations

Qualifications:

Location: Austin, TX (This is an in-person position)
Education: BA/BS from an accredited college or university with degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, English, Creative Writing or similar discipline
Experience: Minimum 3 years of direct, relevant experience in designing and creating graphic presentations in both electronic and traditional media; 5 additional years of experience may be substituted for degree requirement
Software: Microsoft Office Suite, Social Media Analytic Platforms
Languages: English
Must be a US Citizen
Active DoD Clearance required
