Red Oak Recovery is Hiring a Clinical Case Manager Near Fletcher, NC

The Willows (Fletcher, NC) at Red Oak Recovery is a transformative women's addiction treatment center for 18-35-year-old women. Our focus is on clinical care, and we utilize the latest research-supported clinical modalities to ensure positive outcomes. During their time at our gender-specific treatment center, clients receive a minimum of 25 hours of clinician-led group and individual therapy sessions each week. This level of care ensures that our clients receive the attention they need and deserve while progressing toward growth and change.
Using a holistic approach, our team supports clients on their path to self-love, self-acceptance, and self-awareness. Our Clinical Case Manager provides support as part of the clinical team. Clinical Case Managers will act as initial contact to new clients and provide them support throughout their stay to ensure the best possible care. Clinical Case Managers will be part of the treatment team and assist in the development and execution of the treatment plan for clients.
Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Acts as an initial contact for each new client, meeting with them their first week, providing tours, staff and milieu introductions, outfitting and helping acclimate client to The Willows community and program. This entails completion of New Client Orientation packet
  • Provides holistic and comprehensive case management services to all clients including: legal support, educational support, employment needs, financial planning/responsibilities support
  • Meets with clients on an as-needed basis and completes documentation of case management, uploaded to EMR within 1 week of service
  • Works on a day-to-day basis assessing client needs and acting as a client advocate. Being available as back up clinical support in moments of client distress
  • Provides crisis management for clients; makes linkages for interventions as appropriate
  • Help aid client in pursuit of the leadership program
  • Collaborate with clinical team to assign mentors and provide ongoing support for mentors
  • Facilitate mentor bi-weekly mentor dinner
  • Collects and distributes client packages and mail approved by therapist
  • Facilitates groups and ensure group notes are completed and uploaded to EMR within 1 week of service provided
  • Provides aftercare calls as directed by the primary therapist. This includes: set-up, helping client create questions, call prep with client, and facilitating the call
  • Assists primary therapist with discharge planning/requirements
  • Attends clinical meetings and meet regularly with supervisor to exchange pertinent information and receive supervision
  • Maintains client and program records in accordance with applicable standards and regulations of Licensure and Accreditation Boards

$40,000 - $50,000

  • 8 hour shift

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Certified Alcohol Drug Counselor (CADC) certification
  • Certification or higher level of licensure or working towards CADC with a completion date within 90 days of employment
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • At least 21 years of age
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Masters degree or higher in a human services field
