Registered Nurse/Licensed Practical Nurse

-We are a state of the art, short-term skilled nursing facility! We are a 5-star rated facility, and we are looking for 5-star staff to join our team. We are looking for Night shift nurses at this time. Nights 6pm-6:30am.
-We specialize in short-term transitional rehab care for patients that need care for several weeks before they return back home. We offer private suites for our patients to recover in as we nurse and rehab them back to health.
-We are currently accepting applications & resumes for a Full-time / Part-time RN The hours 12 hour shifts and are 6pm-630am for our night shift, and 6am-630pm for our day shift . Excellent Staffing Ratios! The most qualified applicants will have previous experience working in a skilled nursing facility, preferably 2-3 years. Will also consider new grads. The best part is the floor nurses do not have to do new admissions, their priority is performing patient care.
-We are hiring Nurses who are currently licensed in Utah and have current CPR and background clearance, with no restrictions on their license.
-Some of the main duties will be: medication pass, treatments, documentation, draw labs, IV’s and wound care, carry out orders, interactions with physicians, patients, & family members.
-This position reports to the director of nursing in the facility
