Supporting schools and teachers in effective implementation of the Mississippi College and Career Ready Standards, instructional planning, delivery and development of assessments. Provide on-site technical assistance to teachers and administrators, particularly in the area of mathematics.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Valid Mississippi teaching license
2. A minimum of three (3) years of professional classroom experience
3. Outstanding performance as a classroom teacher
4. Exemplary written and verbal skills

DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Master's Degree in School Administration or National Board Certification
2. Strong leadership skills
3. Peer observation, coaching, mentoring and conferencing skills
