Our Sales teams help to deliver Reckitt's purpose by building shared success with our customers, making access to the highest quality hygiene, wellness, and nourishment possible in-stores and online.
Within Sales, we're focused on achieving outperformance across all of our channels, operating in highly competitive categories. This focus results in a dynamic, fast paced environment where cross functional teams are encouraged to collaborate to achieve success.
We have around 10,000 sales people across the world, within market roles and ranging in areas like Field Sales, Key Accounts, Trade Marketing and Category Development.

About the role

The Walmart Omni Associate Manager position is a vital role because of the direct impact with engaging consumers throughout the shopper journey. Your mastery of relationship-building and strategic partnering skills with Walmart will be fundamental in delivering health and hygiene products to consumers. You'll be at the forefront of crafting and realizing joint business plans and balancing customer success with our own growth. Your dedication to enriching the customer journey and driving sales will see you thriving in a culture committed to commercial excellence and innovation.

Your responsibilities

In summary, you'll:

• Work in collaboration with Brand, Sales, Trade, and Agency partners to shape plans that really deliver.
• Set goals and drive optimization strategies to achievement.
• Put commercial plans into action and turn strategies into tactics for everything from sampling, retail media, shopper communications and digital incentives.
• Explore and test emerging platforms, to make sure we stay at the sharp end of the consumer promotions and shopper marketing landscapes.
• Contribute to new product launches to deliver excellence to the Walmart business.

The experience we're looking for

• Experience with a solid background in omni sales or marketing, ideally in a Walmart business setting and working with customers, vendors, and/or agency partners.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Creativity,a resilient problem-solver anda natural team player, who thrives on cross-functional partnerships.
• Presentation skills in presenting strategic ideas and suggesting new strategic approaches.
• Analytical skills to analyzedata and translate learnings into recommendations.

US salary ranges

USD$95,400.00 - $145,000.00

US pay transparency

The base salary range for this role will vary based on experience in job and industry, training and education, skills relevant to the position, and other factors permitted by law. In addition to the base salary, the position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, which is subject to change each year.
