The focus and responsibilities of this position are to supervise and facilitate all aspects of our cross-dock operation, logistical warehousing, and contractor support for 24/7 operational success. This person will meet all service requirements while adhering to the policies and procedures of Relay Express, Inc. The candidate must possess strong relationship skills and maintain a positive solution based attitude at all times.

Responsibilities:

• Have a complete understanding of Relay Express' warehousing/logistics, services programs, customers and service parameter definitions.
• Follow customer specific SOP and insure all inbound and outbound completed daily.
• Complete cycle counts by date requested.
• Responsible for daily shipments-sorting of freight to include DDU routes, etc
• Including Forklift, pallet jack and moving freight by hand
• Must be able to lift up to 70 lbs.
• Follow SOP for all warehouse customers.
• Responsible for keeping the warehouse looking professional, clean, safe, and organized.
• Maintain all metrics provided by clients as expected.
• Sign for and complete all incoming and inbound deliveries per customer requirements.
• Pull parts for all outgoing orders, making sure that you have read each orders specific requirement(s). Ex: correct quantity, contact names, part numbers, serial numbers, and return packs, etc.
• Be able to provide detailed information on each shipment coming into and being shipped out of the warehouse.
• Perform daily, weekly, and bi-weekly cycle counts as needed.
• Make deliveries as needed to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
• Maintain daily driver standards including uniform, appearance, paperwork, attitude, and compliance.
• Maintain professional attire, language, and business demeanor in all dealings with customers, employees, and vendors.
• When time permits, organize and move unknown quantity of parts as needed for efficient use of warehousing space.
• Other duties as assigned:

Requirements:

• Monday–Friday 10:00-18:30 with a 60 minute lunch.
• Approx. 10% travel as needed to other markets for training and continuing education - Greater Midwest region.
• Ability to adapt to changing customer needs and driver availability.
• Serve as a liaison between customers, contractors, and the operations team.

· Hourly rate of $19.00 per hour.
