POSITION TITLE: Office Coordinator

LOCATION:  CONFIDENTIAL (CORONA, CA)

SUPERVISOR: General Manager

STATUS:  Fulltime Hourly (Non-Exempt)

JOB STATEMENT:

Our growing, multi-state service business is looking for an Office Coordinator who can help us create a more productive work environment, while ensuring that our clients get the support they need. The ideal candidate for this position is an organized, detail-oriented individual who is able to manage multiple projects at once in a fast-paced environment. If you are a deadline-driven professional with a strong work ethic and a background in office administration, we want to hear from you.

You will responsible for handling clerical tasks in our office. You will be handling incoming phone calls and other communications on multi-line phone system for two coasts, greeting clients and visitors, as well as managing files, updating paperwork and other documents, and performing other general office clerk duties and errands.

You will also assist in support of the Field Teams for Southern California, to include field communication and uniform distribution and logging.

In order for you to be selected as a candidate, you will need the ability to write clearly and be proficient with word processing applications. A pleasing personality with strong communication skills is also highly valued.

Office Coordinator Responsibilities:

  • Handling incoming calls and other communications.
  • Managing filing system.
  • Recording information as needed.
  • Greeting clients and visitors as needed.
  • Updating paperwork, maintaining documents and word processing.
  • Helping organize and maintain office common areas.
  • Performing general office clerk duties and errands.
  • Organizing travel by booking accommodations and reservations needs as required.
  • Coordinating events as necessary.
  • Maintaining supply inventory.
  • Maintaining office equipment as needed.
  • Aiding with client reception as needed.
  • Experience as a virtual assistant.
  • Creating, maintaining, and entering information into databases.

Office Coordinator Requirements:

  • String sense of description and professionalism
  • High school diploma or associate’s degree.
  • 2 years experience as an office assistant or in related field.
  • Ability to write clearly and help with word processing and spreadsheet preparation when needed
  • Warm personality with strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work well under limited supervision.
  • Great communication skills.
  • Have a valid California driver license.
  • Proficiency with Apple products (Numbers, Pages, Etc.)

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Qualified individuals must be able to perform the essential duties of the position with or without accommodation. We will attempt to satisfy requests as long as the accommodation needed is reasonable and no undue hardship would result.

Ability to operate under stressful working conditions in a rapidly changing work environment with multiple priorities is required. The employee must occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
