About the Role: 

As Designer, you will be responsible for designing and creating content to help with the execution of all Company Marketing activity - This includes but isn’t limited to, templates, webinars, emails, events, digital assets, brochures, social posts to drive awareness and engagement with the product brands. 

Main responsibilities:

• Manage the creative process from concept to execution across multiple platforms. Tasks include but are not limited to:
  • Creating and updating Emails, Landing pages (WordPress and HubSpot), Web banners, Flyers, Adverts and Social media posts
  • Creating product video content
  • Creating guides and white-papers
  • Assisting with video animations and photography
• Liaise with Product owner and Development team members to produce product visuals
• Liaise with Customer Success Managers and Customers to assist on the production of customer branded product artwork and visuals
• Ensure quality of files are consistently accurate

Knowledge, Skills and Experience 

What we’re looking for:

Proven graphic designing experience

• Strong experience in graphic design
• A design background - A bachelor's or associate's degree in graphic design, fine arts, advertising, or a related field
• A strong portfolio 
• Experience with Adobe Creative suite is essential (in particular Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• A keen eye for aesthetics and detail
• Must be organized with excellent time management, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Experience in print design (brochures, guides, posters, display stands, merchandise)
• Experience in digital (web design, email, social banners, presentation layout, landing pages)

Non-essential Skills but desirable

• Experience of video animations, photography and editing
• Experience within a fast-paced, fast-growth Tech start-up environment
• Knowledge in Figma
• Knowledge in Hubspot
