RE/MAX has created a world-class, industry leading team in franchise sales and we have an opening for a top notch, competitive, Salesperson to join the team overseeing the southern California territory!

This position is responsible for targeting top real estate salespeople, teams, managers and company owners to own and operate a RE/MAX franchise. This is a very unique opportunity to be a key contributor to the growth and expansion of the RE/MAX Network in the West! Territory covered is: NV, UT, CO, AZ and NM.

**Position requires the following:**

* Driven, motivated, self-starter with history of sales success

* 5 years of demonstrated successful field sales experience

* Success in managing entire sales process. From prospecting to close.

* Excellent communication and persuasion skills

* Ability to work independently from their home office

* Sales Professionals only order takers need not apply
