Purpose:
The Business Systems Analyst (BSA) is part of the Patient Service Center Implementation team. The BSA is both an internal facing and client facing role that is responsible for managing the build and implementation of new client service systems as well as enhancements to existing systems. This role will define system requirements, partake in solution design and build, develop project plans, workflow management and own implementation processes. This person should be a highly motivated self-starter with the ability to work within a team environment. The ideal candidate is well versed in IT product development, program operations and has exposure to HUB workflows.
