Job Description Insurance verification and medical records

Responsibilities:

• Processing medical records requests
• Insurance verifications
• Sending H&P to Facilities.
• Medical Records and filing.
• General Office Duties including Emailing, Faxing, and Scanning.
• Assist with phones when needed.

Job Requirements:

• Confident with computer programs and technology.
• Excellent customer service personality.
• Excellent at oral and written communication.
• Ability to multitask and work under stressful situations.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Drug free Environment.
• High School degree or equivalent.
