Responsibilities
- Assemble unique and custom uniform headwear for diverse clientele, ranging from military units to marching bands, adhering to specific design specifications.
- Operate a variety of traditional and proprietary assembly equipment to ensure accurate and efficient production.
- Maintain a clean, friendly, and climate-controlled workspace to uphold quality standards and ensure a comfortable working environment.
- Pay meticulous attention to detail throughout the assembly process to guarantee the accuracy and quality of the finished products.
- Manage time efficiently to meet production targets and deadlines, ensuring timely delivery of orders to domestic and international customers.
- Lift a maximum of 25 pounds up to 10-15 times per day on average, adhering to workplace safety guidelines and protocols.
- Stand for approximately 80% of the workday to carry out assembly tasks effectively and comfortably.
- Comply with company policies and regulations, including maintaining a drug-free workplace and undergoing a background check. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent qualification.
