**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:**

* Collaborate with the U.S. retail team, Global Brand & Channel Manager, suppliers, contractors, and marketing & design agency to determine new WS Audiology stores' layout, budget optimization, process requirements, and timelines.

* Provide planning & interior adaptations based on our current WS Audiology design standards and specific site conditions.

* Provide support to affiliates from planning to executing local in-store projects.

* Ensure project schedules are maintained.

* Work with contractors and other third party vendors.

* Check all drawing and designs to make sure they meet WSA design standards and criteria.

* Work with Procurement and POS team to establish the most efficient and effective future procurement solutions.

* Serve as an all-points person in delivering on the promise of WS Audiology's innovative in-store experience in the USA.

REQUIREMENTS:

* Excellent Project Management skills. Experience with retail roll-outs (stores).

* Experience working closely with contractors and other 3rd party vendors.

* Strategic ability and organizational savvy when maneuvering complex and ambiguous situations.

* Excellent understanding of the consumer journey in stores and what it takes to drive traffic and conversion. Ability to transform creative ideas to applicable and scalable concepts.

* Experience in developing briefs, in providing feedback to suppliers and in suggesting alternatives in order to keep on with budget and timelines.

* Highly proficient with one or more computer visualization tools.

* Excellent stakeholder management skills, ideally with demonstrated experience from a global environment. A team player, with the ability to multitask, in a dynamic, fast-paced workplace.

* Skilled in running projects meticulously and effectively, with attention to detail. Strong aesthetic sense and a true interest for design.

* Open & outgoing personality with a high level of energy & ability to address leaders of all levels with different personalities.

* 5 years of retail-focused Project Management

* Knowledge of architecture, marketing, design, consumer trends are all very helpful for someone in this role.

* Travel Medium: 11 - 20 days
