Qualifications For The Process Engineer
- Must have 3 years of Chemical Process manufacturing engineering experience chemical process equipment experience and some Project management experience
- 2 Years Experience with MOC/CAPA process
- Seeking a Chemical Process Engineer with a passion for optimizing production processes and chemical reactions
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Experience in project management and quality standards
- Familiarity with chemical unit operations and investigations
- SOP development experience
- Proficiency in statistical process control
- Knowledge of exothermic reactions and vacuum drying
- Mechanical aptitude
- Understanding of various reaction chemistries and unit operations
- Investigate and resolve production issues.
- Lead process improvement projects.
- Develop training programs for plant supervisors and operators.
- Monitor production yields and conduct mass balances.
- Utilize statistical tools for process control.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Apply Statistical Process Control (SPC) and Statistical Quality Control (SQC) tools to ensure process stability and product quality.
- Assist in the training and development of Plant Supervisors and Operators, contributing to the creation and enhancement of Training Plan
