Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to oversee the operations of our establishment. The ideal candidate will have a background in hospitality management and possess strong leadership skills.

Duties:

- Manage day-to-day operations of the establishment
- Oversee staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Implement and maintain quality standards for service and products
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue
- Monitor expenses and control budgets
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints
- Collaborate with other managers to plan and execute events

Skills:

- Experience in bartending and cash handling
- Strong customer service skills
- Proficient in interviewing and team management
- Knowledge of the food industry and banquet operations
- Previous experience in hotel management is a plus
