Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

1. Daily supervision of Dry Materials Drivers & Warehouseman

• Coordinate manpower with St. Louis yard manager
• Assign daily start times
• Assing specific duties
• Knowledge of Dry Materials, Drivers, & Warehouseman job descriptions

2. Daily Dispatching

• Coordinate deliveries to jobsites per customer’s request
• Assign appropriate truck & driver per load
• Accurately generate computerized ticket per order
• Monitoring all deliveries, assuring that all time constraints are met
• Overseeing adherence to all safety procedures per OSHA and costumer requests
• Correct and detailed information on load sheets

3. Warehouse, Yard, & Store

• Keep Store clean & organized
• Assist when necessary, in loading materials for deliveries & walk-in customers
• Monitoring inventory for correct stock amounts
• Assist in ordering materials for inventory
• Accurately receive incoming deliveries

4. Inside Sales

• Knowledge of all products in inventory
• Responsible for taking calls about products or deliveries
• Responsible for assisting all walk-in customers
• Responsible for cash drawer & credit card sales
• Responsible for the opening and/or closing of warehouse, yard, and store

This position reports to the St Louis store manager and should require a minimum of direct supervision. Other tasks may be assigned at the discretion of management.
