As we continue to expand, we are seeking a motivated and organized Digital Marketing/Business Development Representative to join our team.
Position Overview:
The Digital Marketing Representative is responsible for overseeing the process of business development within our company to promote its longevity and growth. Their duties include working closely with other company executives and management teams, meeting with potential business partners and maintaining existing client relationships and monitoring market trends to come up with new business ventures.
The Digital Marketing Representative will be responsible for leading the digital marketing strategy and execution for the company. This includes managing integrated marketing communications, lead generation, website marketing and management, email, social media, video, mobile, SEO and SEM, and other digital marketing initiatives. Candidates will need to have strong quantitative and data analysis/reporting skills, as well as professional project management and organizational skills.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
· Plan, coordinate, schedule and conduct company presentations to Property Owners, Developers, Facility Managers, Design Professionals, Lenders and Investors and affiliated industry associations.
· Develop a solid understanding of the LIHTC renovation business: services, operations, customer base, and documentation process.
· Create detailed marketing plans to facilitate the attainment of goals.
· Build a pipeline of opportunities through networking, cold calling, telemarketing, emailing, social media, and other marketing means. Actively participate in targeted industry professional and trade associations.
· Manage the client cycle from finding a client to securing contractional agreements.
· Develop and maintain effective public relations and participate in all Company marketing events.
· Prepare personal weekly activity plans and sales activity reports.
· Occasionally travel throughout the Country as needed for large project opportunities and client meetings.
· When necessary, attend out-of-state industry events.

· Keeps professional social media site(s) such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn up to date and current, showing activity and interest in the industry, prospects, and clients. Create and manage SEO processes and email campaigns.
· Builds positive relationships with peers, management, customers, and vendors.
· Is collaborative and promotes professional working relationships with co-workers.
· Maintains a positive, professional company image always.
· Manages multiple projects through effective organizational skills and attention to detail.
Education and Experience Requirements
Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
