Sales & Customer Support Job Summary
Pay: $ 18 .00 - $ 20 .00 per hour
Shift: Monday - Friday ; 8 am to 4:30pm
Essential Administrative Assistant Position Duties:

• Assisting with Quote process, Quote Preparation, Quote Files
• Daily monitoring of Customer Online Portals for receipt of Quote and sending Quote Responses
• Create proposals, letters, and miscellaneous correspondence, as requested
• Answer sales calls and provide information/support as needed.
• Be responsible for customer communication, and managing certain customer accounts as requested
• Serve as customer advocate with GI manufacturing, engineering and shipping personnel to ensure timely shipping of orders and/or communication of shipment delays before orders are late

Knowledge , Education and Skills Required for Administrative Assistant :

• Possesses strong oral and written communication skills.
• Possesses a high level of attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good computer skills are required to use Microsoft Office Suite.
• In-depth knowledge of office and business practices is required.
• Two or more years of related experience is required.
