*Job Summary*
A hospital client based in *Secaucus, NJ *has an onsite contract opportunity for a _*RN Case Manager*_. Shift schedule is Monday thru Friday, 8:30 AM -4:30 PM EST with alternating Saturdays. This is a 8 week contract with possibility of extension.
The _*RN Case Manager *_will work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary healthcare team to assure the appropriate allocation of hospital resources while maintaining the quality of patient care. The _*RN Case Manager *_actively participates in the discharge planning process using recognized standards of care to determine the medical necessity, most appropriate level of care and correct patient status for service delivery.
*Job Qualification*
* Required- Active New Jersey RN License
* Required - Minimum of 1 years experience with hospital Case Management/Utilization Review
* Required - Minimum of 1 years experience with discharge planning and knowledge/use of MCG Criteria
