- Connect parts together to assemble products per instructions
- Learn other job functions such as debur and finishing; serve as backup when necessary
- Assist with boxing, crating products when needed
- Participate in daily and scheduled cleaning duties
- Maintain productivity per Company standards
- Attend daily department meetings , follow and support all company safety initiatives
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor
- 2-3 years assembly experience and/or education
- Must have experience using hand tools and power tools
- Attention to detail
- Ability and willingness to follow instructions
- Must pass background check as well as pre-employment physical and drug screen
- Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs
- Physical ability to stand for long periods
- Walking, bending, lifting, pushing, pulling, climbing on ladders
- Working environment is well ventilated but not air conditioned
