As a Client Service Coordinator, you will:
Assist clients with the processing of employee benefit applications and changes
Assist clients and employees investigating and resolving billing and provides notification to clients regarding carrier late notices
Provides assistance to client employees in researching and resolving claims issues
Respond to clients or employees with plan or benefit information
Research carrier inquiries regarding client benefit submissions
Build and maintain client and carrier relationships
Utilizes Client Relationship Management system (Salesforce) to update client accounts and plans, and track all client communication and inquiries
Work with the Account Management team to monitor and manage the client renewal process and audit renewals upon completion
Assist Account Manager and clients with compliance requirements
Provide administrative support to Account Management team and assist in special projects
Prepare presentations and spreadsheets upon request from internal team members
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualified applicants should possess the following:
High school diploma/GED or higher education
Active Life/Health License or ability to get licensed within first 90 days of employment
Excellent client service skills and willingness to help people
Background in health insurance, human resources and/or hospitality helpful but not required if excellent customer service skills are present
Effective time management skills that allow candidate to effectively multi-task, prioritize, and organize complex projects and balance long term goals
Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to build rapport
Excellent grammar and math skills
Strong data entry and clerical skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in appropriate software, including but not limited to Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams) and Adobe Acrobat
