Job Description
Our growing client in Alpharetta is looking to add a permanent Cash Applications Specialist to their team. This is a reputable organization which has been in existence since the 1950's!
Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of cash applications including lockbox payments, ACH/wires, and checksProcess and apply credit card payments
- Respond to customer invoice inquiries in a timely manner
- Serve as main point of contact for cash apps
Requirements:
- Experience resolving unapplied cash and digging into payment discrepancies
- NetSuite experience preferred, or some large ERP accounting software
- Minimum four years of Cash Application experience in a distribution/manufacturing company
