firstPro 360 is seeking an experienced accounts payable professional to join a great team in the Cumberland area. This is with a growing company with great opportunity to improve your accounting skills and take on new challenges. Pay is up to $70,000 and works a hybrid schedule (3 days in 2 from home) after training.

Responsibilities:

• Process client invoices in a timely and accurate manner according to company policies and procedures.
• Review invoices for completeness and ensure they align with purchase orders and contracts.
• Communicate effectively with clients to resolve any discrepancies or missing information on invoices.
• Research and resolve vendor inquiries related to payments.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client account information within our accounting software.
• Assist with month-end closing procedures and reconciliations.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in accounts payable or a related field.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
• Experience with accounts payable software (e.g., Accounts Payable or Enterprise Resource Planning systems) is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
