We

are currently looking for a motivated and ambitious individual to

fill the position of Personal Lines Account Manager on our team. This

role involves actively working with clients by helping them with

policy changes, billing questions, and submitting claims. To achieve success,

it is crucial to engage with customers, assess their insurance needs and offer

appropriate insurance solutions, as well as maintain all client activity in our

management system. This opportunity presents an exceptional chance for individuals

looking to tap into their customer service and sales potential by working with

new and existing clients as well as cross-selling and rounding out accounts. We

If you possess self-motivation, enjoy customer service and sales, as well as

experience is a must-have. The base salary for the experienced position is

$55,000 - $65,000 Per year. With added commission, may make up to $100,000

per year. ($1000 - $3000 per month in commission)

Responsibilities

Employ exceptional relationship-building skills to establish trust by engaging in transparent, honest, and empathetic interactions.

Promptly

contact the leads generated from warm leads, referrals, networking, and

other sources through various communication channels (such as email or phone).

Shop

renewals and Continue to look for and recognize opportunities

to cross-sell/account rounding.

Prepare

and present quotes to potential clients

Actively

listen to the clients objections and concerns. Address the clients

concerns carefully, clearly, and professionally.

Handle

confidential information with discretion and follow established protocols

Requirements

Must have a high school diploma or equivalency. Associates degree/bachelor's degree is a BONUS

Minnesota

Property and Casualty License or an ability to attain the license
