You will successfully accomplish your day to day independently at times and at times with your valuable team members. You will be responsible for performing routine processes and at times resolving issues to ensure that we manufacture product of the highest quality.

Quality Liquid Feeds, Inc., a nationwide, innovative leader in the developing and manufacturing of liquid feed supplements, cooked low moisture blocks for animals and agronomy products has a full-time, 7am-4pm, Block Production/Receiving position available at our Dunlap, IA Plant.

What you'll be doing:

• You will be responsible for feed safety and quality by operating block cooker/cooling equipment to manufacture block feeds to specified feed formulations.
• You will operate automated or manual equipment, pumps, pre-mix addition systems, and routing systems to manufacture feed per established procedures.
• You may also be responsible for performing cost-effective, preventative, corrective, and emergency maintenance on plant facilities and equipment to minimize down-time within the facility.

You must be able to communicate with supervisors and managers on all Feed Safety and production issues. Safely and effectively perform all aspects of your job. • You are a people person—the Manufacturing Team interacts with, supports, and collaborates with a broad range of team members, and business partners.

If you have maintenance skills and the ability to troubleshoot equipment, that's a plus!
